As a former Director and long-standing leader within the organization, she helped navigate critical phases of growth and transformation, fostering a culture rooted in integrity, discipline, and institutional responsibility. Her clarity of thought and measured approach to leadership continue to influence the organization’s strategic orientation.
In her role as Chairperson Emeritus, Subhadra remains a respected advisor and mentor to the leadership team. Her continued association reinforces the Group’s commitment to continuity, ethical governance, and enduring excellence.

FOUNDER AND CMD
Krishna Somayaji is the Founder and CMD of SOMAYAJI Group, leading its strategic vision across BFS technology, enterprise systems, consulting, and institutional branding. With a multidisciplinary foundation spanning technology, management, and creative strategy, he has built the Group as an integrated ecosystem focused exclusively on the financial services sector.
Education & Academic Foundation
Krishna holds a Postgraduate qualification in Computer Programming and Systems Analysis from Walchand College of Engineering, securing University II Rank. He further strengthened his strategic leadership foundation with an MBA from CIMDR and an Advanced Program in Strategic Management from IIM Calcutta. He has also pursued professional training in filmmaking at the New York Film Academy, reflecting his integrated approach to technology, storytelling, and brand positioning.

Prior to founding SOMAYAJI Group, Krishna held leadership roles in HCL, HMA STARware, and Datapro Information Technology, where he was instrumental in driving enterprise growth and closing complex multi-million-dollar engagements across global markets.

Under his leadership, SOMAYAJI Group has evolved into a focused BFS ecosystem combining product platforms, consulting expertise, implementation capabilities, and brand strategy under one institutional framework. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Chandrakala holds a Master’s degree in Business Management with specialization in Finance. She brings over 12 years of experience in financial management and enterprise operations, including senior leadership roles prior to joining SOMAYAJI in 2018.
Beginning her journey as Finance Manager, she advanced to Chief Operating Officer, playing a key role in strengthening operational frameworks, improving process efficiency, and driving structured growth across the organization.
Her core expertise spans financial governance, operational optimization, and execution discipline. Chandrakala is instrumental in ensuring institutional stability, performance consistency, and scalable operational systems within SOMAYAJI Group.
DIRECTOR AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Naveen Mandapati holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and brings strong technical depth and execution leadership to SOMAYAJI Group.
Since joining in 2017, he has progressed from Project Manager to Director and CTO, leading the design and implementation of Core Banking, Digital Banking, and Core Lending solutions for banks and NBFCs. He has been instrumental in architecting scalable systems and managing complex, large-scale BFSI implementations.
As CTO, Naveen oversees product architecture, technology strategy, enterprise implementations, and innovation initiatives across the Group’s BFSI portfolio. His focus remains on building secure, scalable, and future-ready platforms aligned with evolving industry standards.
HEAD - CLIENT SUPPORT
Ganesh holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science and brings strong technical depth and operational expertise to SOMAYAJI Group
With extensive experience across technology environments, he leads client support and post-implementation operations for the Group’s BFS solutions. He has successfully managed large-scale Core Banking and Digital Banking projects, ensuring stability, performance, and seamless client experience.
As Head – Client Support, Ganesh oversees implementation coordination, issue resolution, third-party integrations, and service delivery excellence. His structured approach, technical precision, and calm problem-solving ability ensure high client satisfaction and long-term institutional partnerships.
